Delete Your Trifecta Word Account
Last updated: September 4, 2026
This page explains how to delete your account and your data from Trifecta Word: Brain Puzzle, the Android app and web app developed and operated by Nikola Hristovski, an independent developer based in North Macedonia. See also our Privacy Policy.
1. Delete your account from inside the app
This is the fastest route and needs no email or waiting. It is available to any signed-in player.
- Open Trifecta Word on your Android device (or the web app at trifectaword.com).
- Make sure you are signed in with the Google account whose data you want removed. Guests have no account, so there is nothing to delete — see Section 4.
- Tap the settings (gear) icon on the Home screen.
- Open the Legal card.
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Type Delete in the confirmation box to confirm that you understand the action cannot be undone, then confirm.
Your account and its data are erased immediately, in a single operation, before the app returns you to the sign-in screen. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards: signing in again with the same Google account creates a brand-new, empty account.
Before deleting, you may want to tap Request Account Data in the same Legal card to see and download everything we hold about you.
2. Delete your account by email
If you cannot sign in — for example you have lost access to the Google account, or uninstalled the app — email us and we will delete the account for you:
Please send the request from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, or include your in-app ID (the 16-digit number under Settings → ID), so we can identify the right account. We do not delete an account on the word of someone who cannot demonstrate they own it. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
3. What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases all of the following:
- Your account record — your email address, your Google account identifier, your public ID and your nickname.
- Sign-in credentials and sessions — every session token issued to your browser or device.
- Your gameplay — scores, game sessions, daily streaks, lifetime statistics, event rounds, Fast Money runs, reward-box openings and event progress and lives.
- Your coins and everything bought with them — coin balance and transaction history, coin rewards, daily coin claims, purchases, entitlements, hint unlocks, extra-puzzle grants and double-reward tokens.
- Your cosmetics — every keyboard theme, nickname border, profile icon and font you unlocked, and whichever you had equipped.
- Your private scoreboards — boards you created are dissolved for all of their members, and your membership of anyone else's board is removed.
- Your team. If you lead a team, deleting your account dissolves it: the team, every member's place in it, its invitations and join requests, and its tournament registrations, daily scores and final standings are all removed, and the remaining members are left without a team. Nobody inherits the team, and no other player's account is affected. If you were only a member, you simply leave and the team carries on without you.
- Your team history — coin gifts you sent or received, your tournament participation and daily tournament scores, and any tournament badge you were awarded.
- Your achievements.
- Notification registrations — the push token of every device you were signed in on, so no device can receive a reminder for the deleted account.
- Advertising and security bookkeeping — rewarded-ad records and the security audit trail tied to your account.
- Monthly standings entries — your monthly top-three counts and monthly donation totals.
On the device itself, deleting your account also clears the analytics and crash-reporting identifiers held locally, and unregisters the device from notifications.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- The archived daily podium, permanently and anonymously. Trifecta Word keeps a public record of the top three scores for each past day. Those rows are a record of what happened on that day rather than a record about you, so they are not deleted — but they are anonymised: your nickname is replaced with “Deleted player” and the link back to your account is removed. Once anonymised, the entry can no longer be connected to you.
- Guest data is never held in the first place. If you play as a guest, your progress lives only on your device and is never tied to an account. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, removes it. There is nothing for us to delete.
- Data held by Google, under Google’s own policies. Analytics, crash reports and advertising data processed by Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Google AdMob are retained according to Google’s retention settings, not ours, and are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. These records are keyed to a pseudonymous identifier, never to your email address.
- Encrypted database backups. Deleted rows can persist in routine encrypted backups until those backups age out on their normal rotation, after which they are overwritten. Backups are never used to restore a deleted account, and are only ever restored wholesale after a failure.
- Records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires, where any apply.
5. Questions
